The types of Creatine available are extensive, the various forms actually offer no more benefit than good old fashioned Creatine Monohydrate, but the benefits are slightly different from one to the next lending themselves to synergistic value. The list includes…take a deep breath – Kre-Alkalyn (buffered Creatine), Creatine Citrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE), Glycosylated Creatine, Creatine Hydrochloride, Creatine Magnesium Chelate, Creatine Malate, Di-Creatine Malate, Tri-Creatine Malate, Creatine Nitrate, Creatine Phosphate, Creatine Pyruvate, and last but certainly not least, Creatine Monohydrate.
Dorian Yates’ Creatine considers the cumulative benefit each form of Creatine offers; hence we have selected 4 types of Creatine that together, offer maximal effect. Our unique multi-form creatine formula of 3000mg Creatine Monohydrate, 1000mg Creatine Hydrochloride, 1000mg Creatine ethyl ester and 500mg Tri-Creatine Malate. Creatine Monohydrate is basically Creatine with a water molecule (hence ‘mono’), it is the gold standard of Creatine supplements and ingredients.
Creatine Hydrochloride is Creatine bound to hydrochloric acid (unsurprisingly) helping to improve absorption. Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) has the addition of an ethyl group which again lends itself to better absorption. Finally, Tri-Creatine Malate is like Di-Creatine Malate only with 3 Creatine molecules rather than, you guessed it, 2 Creatine molecules that are bound to 1 molecule of Malic acid, a feature that makes it more soluble and thus aiding absorption.
The result of this clever combination is better absorption, better outcomes, better cost effectiveness and a Creatine supplement that adds cumulative benefit each time you take it.
Creatine Monohydrate (3000mg), Trisodium Citrate, Creatine Hydrochloride (HCl)(1000mg), Tri-creatine Citrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Creatine Ethyl Ester(1000mg), Tri-Creatine Malate(500mg), Sweetener (Sucralose), Flavor, Color.
